A 3 day circle led journey for Women

I am really happy to find you here brave soul. I encourage you to run my words through your system because they carry the frequency of a sacred adventure, and you are invited. You don’t need to be  wise, strong or anything other than what and who you are right now. Please allow these words to flow through your heart – you might not “understand” them all but it’s my belief that not everything can be cognised. And it’s true that many people say to me “I don’t understand everything you say but I feel like I love it!” thats because words can unlock codes of knowing and remembrance in us. So, please read on with your heart and soul. Your story – it is just about ready to unfold.

I warmly invite you on a Sacred Adventure. A voyage across the open seas within you. An invitation to Grow and Go. Grow is my offering to your heart, your soul, your wise self, your tender self, your forgotten self, your wild self, your brushed aside and stamped upon self, your magical eternal self, your fairy self, your human self, your limitless self, your limited self. All parts of you are welcome on this journey and there will be space and time for all parts to be felt so that they can either stay with you as they are, finally recognised in all their magnificence or, in the felt space, transform into something new.

It is my intention that across three transformative days together in April, we explore:

Grounding to grow | Jaw to womb ~ truth to creation | communing with all our parts | initiations and invisible doorways

My one ask of you, who will join me, is that you choose to be here. You make the sacred agreement with me and with yourself that you will be present, in whatever capacity you can be, and look at what is shown to you, look at what you find and discover through the lenses of curiosity, wonder, love and appreciation. It is always difficult to say exactly WHAT will happen. My experience of curating and guiding 3 journey’s across 2022 was beyond any expectation I had – in truth I didn’t know what to expect but I knew deeply in my bones that it was true to gather in this way. We yearn for it, our homeland yearns for it and humanity yearns for it. Time spent like this is deep nourishment for the soul. As I type now my fingers are infused with EXCITEMENT because I know that pure utter magic is awaiting us. We will circle over and over – and this will create a spiral of knowing, sensing, feeling, truth and learning. This will ripple out from the centre of our circle through each of us, across our land and into every part of our lives. For – know this – transformation is not an adornment to your current existence. New things are always on offer when something old falls away; or when we explore ourselves from new perspectives, in new ways. For human connection and the love of humanity we will dive deeper and deeper into community, unity and every part of our inner landscape. It is my aim and intention to show up for you authentically – as a real me, and create sacred spaces for you to find your own way. I am not here to show you right and wrong, good and bad – I am here to open you to the full experience, both sides of the same coin and lead you with so much love into the field of all possibility, in the most grounded way. This weekend exploration will enable us to see life through a new lens – to know and believe that no experience is wasted and that sometimes being human is hard and painful, but for every painful part there is something so utterly beautiful. I am here for it all and invite you to be here for it all too. For me, the mystic Rumi here sums up how I feel a lot of the time about this experience of earth school:

“Katie created and held  3 days of space for a small group of women to journey together and forwards through wind fire and rain. We laughed, cried and held one another and listened to each others’ stories of joy and pain. We shared womanhood through all its ages and stages, held one another through our grief and tears, and all emerged lighter beings , more in tune with our hearts, souls and life direction and purpose. I loved listening to archetypal stories, of periods of time with no listening, just to our own hearts. It was a chance to get really quiet, and we were guided towards our own inner wisdom by the stages and space mapped out by Katie. 

A wild journey into the unknown, through portals and solar systems, integrating  past present and future. ❤️  A circle of women ; or a gathering of witches ) brought together to share life’s journey , make magic, and strengthen a soul  sisterhood. No shame too deep, no burden to heavy, no ego state too dark. All was welcome as we dived into our pain and emerged as renewed free spirits x

“It is hard to put into words how special the Spiral retreat was. I feel emotional when I think back to it but that emotion is pure gratitude. What an utter blessing to be in a roomful of mindful women, each being brave enough to share their truth, directly from their hearts. And sometimes being brave enough to be silent.

Feeling instantly supported by these women- who I hadn’t known prior to the retreat- felt like a big soulful hug. It was suddenly safe to let a few suppressed layers bubble up to the surface and be seen by the light. And oh how light I felt afterwards! A week after the retreat I realised that a persistent pain that I’d had in my leg for months, had miraculously disappeared. I had a feeling it was linked to something emotional but this feels like proof. And a reminder of how sometimes we can heal our bodies by indirect means. (And a combination of direct and indirect can be powerful too of course!) 

Katie’s creativity and attention to detail brought an even stronger sense of the sacred into the space which I have no doubt enhanced the meditations, which were some of the deepest I’ve ever had. 

Katie is simply an angel on earth. It is rare to meet someone who is so gentle and yet so strong, and I honestly think you couldn’t meet a more genuine person. She is a pioneer of living with authenticity: just what this world needs. <3″

SPIRAL | 25 – 27 November 2022 – two spaces left

SPIRAL | a 3 day circle led journey and exploration during which we will explore:

nourishing your inner world | creating the cocoon | soothing in clear space | awakening your unique magic + wisdom

My guides gifted me the name for this weekend and I immediately just felt it was so perfect. At our last weekend “Compass” we really experienced the magic that can occur when we circle over and over and over….it turns into a mystical experience that can spiral down, can spiral up, can spiral in and can spiral out. Spiral will not be about learning a new skill or modality (although its always my intention to open us to a true melting pot of modalities because I believe in all possibility) but about awakening & nourishing your own unique magic and wisdom.

Spiral is for the seekers, empaths, witches, warrior women, sensitives, lightworkers, earth angels, shadowworkers, medicine women, priestesses, star mothers, fairies…..: this in fact is all of us in our many guises! Some days I identify more with one than the other and that is the beauty of this life – we can be, we ARE it all. It’s just that when we came here we had to forget, so that one day we would Remember. Cue spine tingles 😉 very often when women reach out to me about sacred circle they say something like “I just felt intrigued and I’m not sure why”, “I am looking for something but I am not sure what” – what they are seeking is hard to cognise or put into words – its something ancient stirring within them and the circle is drawing them in. This weekend will be SOMETHING – what exactly that thing is will be different for each woman and will be influenced by each woman as well as the energy that we will be held in. I always bring in the astrology, whats happening in the cosmos, Divine Feminine energy will come through to support us as Will our star brothers and sisters, our angelic guides and the magical kingdom. 

Spiral will be an experience of Centripetally – this is a term used to describe the movement of Qi. This applies to the way Qi moves distinctively in a female body. It means to move inwards – in fact to spiral inwards towards the core. This is the natural directional movement of Qi for women, who are generally more sensitive to external energy. When our Qi is flowing with ease, in its natural direction we tend to feel grounded, centred and at ease. When we feel this way we can live from the inside out – be in the world not of it. 

Our work will take place very much on Earth but in the ethereal Field – a place where we Create From Love and Suspend Disbelief. As Rumi once said:

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing 

and rightdoing there is a field.

I’ll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass

the world is too full to talk about.”

I always, always intend to meet you in the Field in the most grounded way I can. Because otherwise whats the point? Your unique gifts are needed to be expressed on Earth here and now.

Awakening and Activating your internal North Star | Opening to self mastery | The Dance between Acceptance + Transformation

A week ago we were deep in the throes of ReUnion – a journey that I had intended would OPEN all who attended, to the depths and the heights. Very much a doorway into all the way up and all the way down. As I have been reflecting this week and preparing to open the container for July a few things have come to me that I would love to share with anyone considering this type of weekend offering.

Support

Even though this weekend was led by me there were many gifts from our community that played a part in the weekend: from the food cooked by my husband Ross on the Saturday + G from our local cafe Sourdough which was opened up just for us on the Sunday; to the Labradorite crystals from Amanda at the incredible Crystal Cave in Shoreham; from the cooking pots lent by Eddie, the Bergamot incense which was with us all weekend from Hotpod member Michelle; to the magic circle gifted by my soul wife Pennie. The linking of hearts from my friend Jess that led to us being up at Sompting Estate with the wonderful Caroline + Alex; the cake made for us by Bonnie; the crystals lent to us by Rex + Bonnie; the fact that on the very same weekend Louise Windsor was also holding a retreat and Emily Graves (two wonderful teachers and friends from within the community) was celebrating joyfully in a field her birthday – there was a huge amount of community energy + spirit with us. PLUS my team of guides were 100% with me all weekend – our ancestors walked with us, my spirit guides and star family were with me as were the magical kingdom. All in all I felt so supported and the weekend just flowed. There was a HUGE amount of planning and preparation that went in and then as I lay in wait on the Friday morning I knew that I had to let go too. I am proud of myself for curating this weekend journey and birthing it into reality. I am excited for all that continues to unfold 🙂

Sacred Land

Secondly – to take this journey on sacred land we all call home was incredibly special. Each one of us carried a thread with us from the very first moment we stepped through the door way on day one, through to day 3 and beyond. For me as a mother to 2 small children, going home every night removed some of the guilt I often feel at leaving them, and it meant I took the magic home with me every day. The integration process is completely different to a retreat where you stay over each night and if there is one thing I know in my bones its that there isn’t just one way of doing things – there are infinite ways and infinite possibilities and it is part of my nature to explore. 

Safe Container

Third – One thing that came up over and over during our weekend were the words “ I feel safe”….from the women who came. It has always been my intention to create a safe, love filled container and so I am so glad that this was felt. When we feel un safe we hold on – we search for safety and reassurance – we resist – we seek – we move into survival mode and self preservation and away from surrender and trust. It is my belief that when we can allow ourselves to surrender and trust we allow our soul to take the drivers seat and we are led by the Flow that weaves all that is in us and around us.

Our July journey has been lovingly named Compass – an invitation to awaken and activate your internal north star.

One definition of Compass is that it brings Luck to someone who is lost by guiding them in the right direction. It reveals the path ahead. The direction of north is the direction that the compass shows. We will move to our own true north. I also love that the Compass is a complete circle, symbolic of oneness, wholeness, equality and unity – a symbol of the sacred Circle. This three day circle led journey will offer you a melting pot of modalities – we will open to stepping into the field; allowing soul to lead; igniting inner lost lands, and; opening + reclaiming the mysteries of you  I am ready and willing to show up for you without judgement or pretending that I know all of the answers – I am the eternal student and I am here to share my journey, allow myself to be pulled to modalities that light me up and share with you all that I can whilst holding the space for you to experience whatever is in your next highest good. And believe me when I say your next highest good could very much be a descent into the darkness to rise like a Phoenix from the ashes.

The Dance between Acceptance + Transformation

This came to me like a lightning bolt as I read the above words from Sophie – she said that I always say we are enough just as we are.  My hope also is for  you to believe that anything is possible in the Field. What I understand now is that in accepting ourselves just as we are but also for ALL that we are we then sink into surrender – we let go into peace and then at that moment a doorway will open. This will be the doorway into REMEMBERING – a remembrance of soul gifts, your starry essence, lost lands within you and the bones of your life. As you begin to remember all that you are you are transported into the field of possibility – also known as the quantum field – you “wake up” in a realm where there is INFINITE possibility. You transform not into anything new but into what you always were – before you were born into Earth and before the stories, programs, systems and beliefs of your family, society and peers began to infiltrate. I said very recently to someone as we were discussing the birthing of The Possibility Space (our group for parents and children) that much of my adult life has been about unlearning and remembering. I don’t see this as a negative – I have relished much of the journey as I have learnt so much so perhaps its a necessary part of our evolution as multi dimensional beings leading an earthly life to HAVE to go through the unlearn and wade through the swamp to reach the heights. I bring the swamp with me and give thanks to the swamp for the lessons of the murk and the deep. I carry the bones of my life with me and my blood roars fiercely in my veins.

ReUnion May 2022

It gives me the greatest honour to announce that my first ever circle-led journey will be going ahead this May – from Friday 20th – Sunday 22nd.

I invite you to join me and to gather with dear women for sacred circle and ritual. To nourish your system with embodiment practise and love filled movement. To awaken your soul with stillness, silence and a sacred pause. 

ReUnion is in part a journey, in part exploration, in part an excavation – into all it is to be You. An uncovering, a remembering, a Homecoming.

Harmony and Union

My intention and work has been clarifying over the last 6 months and what is here today is the need to bring the circle into the everyday- to divinise the mundane – to bridge the gap and to remove all lines of separation between the different parts of ourselves, the different “versions” of ourselves we play and instead to uncover the deepest harmony and union. Harmony and union within and without. For some of us this will mean dancing in the Void and Unknown; for some it will mean burrowing deep into the darkness and fertile Earth; for some it will mean allowing suffering and pain to move through us; for some it will mean facing up to hard truths. For some it will mean other things entirely. None of this is beyond any of you reading this…. You will not only receive the medicine you need across this weekend but you will also bring your own unique medicine into the container. 

This gathering of Women of Earth and Stars will give you the opportunity to embrace circle as a valuable part of life, to weave it into your whole life and to remember that it is constantly alive within you – within all of us. 

Power and Possibility

I have felt a call to strip back much lately and to accept that there are no superheroes out there – there is not going to be a moment when a beautiful rainbow appears in the sky to save us all  – WE are the ones we have been waiting for and each of us is here for a reason. It may be nothing that you perceive to be “grand” but it will matter. It does matter and you do matter. Each of you who step forward to embark on this soul journey hold immense power within you and the keys to all possibility. We will open a portal together across this weekend in May and each day that we return home we will take some part of our devotional practise with us. It feels important that we carry out this work on the land we all call home – the land in and around Worthing, and by returning home every night we have the opportunity to take the circle home with us and seed some magic into the land your home sits upon. This is about the circle taking hold and all of the wonderful things we get to experience in circle living through us and being birthed by each of us into every part of our lives.

The exact make up of the weekend will be very much guided by whoever chooses to step forward and join me- your energy will be central to our journey and I will be working to ensure that the weekend is wholeheartedly tailored to meet the needs of whoever joins.

I will guide you to reclaim all that you are. To a place of trust and Deep reverence for yourself and your path. What I am learning more and more is that there IS space for ALL THAT IS. My gift I believe is my openness. I am never in a hurry to shut down and this has allowed me to see from so many perspectives. There is a place and a space for you to embody and experience all of it. You can journey all the way up and all the way down. Into the depths and soul of the Earth; into your physicality; into the wisdom of your Womb or womb space; into the core of your heart; up and out into the Void- into Nothing and beyond. To the stars, to star systems and far off galaxies. Into the Mysteries of You and why you are here. The more I see and understand the less I feel I know! I am so far from “perfect” as laid out by society. Every day I begin again. My path as facilitator is very simple. I am just simply here to open the door for you , sometimes not even that- very often to show you that there is a door. To create the container and invite you in. All of the rest is in your hands.
