About Michelle

I have been physically active for as long as I can remember, instructing in various roles both in the UK and internationally since 2005. I won’t bore you with everything I have done but feel free to ask me in person, if you’re interested!

Time and experience has taught me what I am good at and what I am not so good at! Β I believe there comes a point in life where you owe it to yourself to understand your body and mind. Don’t abuse your body and expect your mind not to suffer. I have spent most of my life exploring what movement options there are. I have experienced what conventional sports and mainstream fitness has to offer but always felt a thirst for more.

Today I find myself in love with movement and what can be done to the body with only the body (and maybe a few blocks and straps etc!) My blend of yoga makes you feel stronger, energetic, graceful, fearless, empowered, focused and thirsty for more.

Some words from Michelle on the experience of lockdown

Firstly a brief lockdown experience summary……for me, it has been profound in many ways. The simplest explanation is a deeply rooted Indian philosophy and yoga principle: β„•π• π•Ÿ 𝔸π•₯π•₯π•’π•”π•™π•žπ•–π•Ÿπ•₯. Each day was a gift. I did not concern myself with outcomes or future….I lived each day as it arrived with only the intention of making that day a good day. I hope to maintain this ethos forever! I also hope to meet lots of new faces soon in my classes
