About Chelsea

Personally, I have always turned to yoga during stressful and challenging times. When I first started to practice, I only ever focused on the asana practice (physical), but over time I began to feel the benefits yoga has for my mind and started to become more interested in other areas of yoga. This is the reason behind my decision to become a yoga teacher – I want others to have the opportunity to explore yoga and feel the benefits it can bring to their whole life. Creating a safe, calming and inviting space for all yogis is my goal. I have also felt the benefits of yoga within my teaching job (as a maths teacher). It has helped me adapt my teaching and remain calm is stressful situations.  


Yoga | Tuesday 8.15 – 9.15pm

A yoga experience to help stretch and strengthen the body through a mix of holding poses and flowing through postures. We will focus on connecting with our breath throughout the practice, helping the union between mind and body for an all round yoga experience. Each class will end in savasana, allowing you to relax and enjoy a few moments of stillness. Suitable for those who are starting out with their yoga practice and those experienced yogis looking for a slower paced class.

Understanding – what this means to Chelsea 

Over the past year we have all had our own challenges, moments of sadness, successes, happy times…all the emotions have been felt. I understand how difficult it is getting back to ‘normal’. Yogalovell offers you a safe space, away from the pressures of everyday life, to focus on yourself and reconnect to your body, breath and mind through our yoga practice.
