Yoga | Wednesday 8.15 – 9.15pm
A yoga experience to help stretch and strengthen the body through a mix of holding poses and flowing through postures. We will focus on connecting with our breath throughout the practice, helping the union between the mind and body for an all rounded yoga experience. Each class will end with savasana, allowing you to relax and enjoy a moment of stillness. Suitable for those who are just starting out with their yoga practice and those experienced yogis looking for a more relaxing class.

During lockdown I had to opportunity to explore my own practice further and develop as a yogi. Having my yoga teacher training to complete was such a great help and gave me a focus during such a strange time. I loved the opportunity to teach a beautiful group of humans online and watch their progress. Now I cannot wait to teach face to face and be part of your yoga journey. Yoga has always been there for me over the years, especially during difficult times and I feel so privileged to be able to share it with others.
