Hi I’m Mina, a yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, founder of Womama Yoga and Mum to two gorgeous little humans.
My friendly yoga classes are designed for your journey into motherhood & beyond. The style of yoga is gentle and suitable for all levels including beginners. I firmly believe yoga is for everybody and it is my passion and privilege to guide you through this most special time.
Pregnancy Yoga | Wednesday 7.15pm
Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your body and your growing baby, and to meet other Mums to be.
We focus on preparing your body with gentle movement and breathing techniques for birth and beyond, leaving you feeling relaxed, educated and ready to welcome your baby.
Classes are suitable from 12+ weeks pregnant and open to all levels.
Parent & Baby Yoga | Wednesday 11am
Mum & Baby Yoga is a gentle yoga class for you and baby to enjoy together. It’s a chance for you to slow down, relax and ease your body back into movement while bonding with your little one and hopefully meeting new friends.
Classes are suitable from after your 6 week check-up or 10+ weeks post c-section until baby is on the move.
