Yoga & Mindfulness for young people (age 10 to 15)

Classes led by Izzy, TeenYoga teacher, children’s yoga teacher and qualified school teacher.

Details:

Thursdays at 4.00pm – 4.50pm run in 6 week half term blocks.

Next dates – Thurs 19th Sep to 24th Oct 2019.

Book the full 6 week half term for the early bird price of £30 until 31st August, and £33 after this date.
Classes can also be attended as a drop in for £7 (subject to spaces being available).
Spaces are limited to 12 so advance booking is recommended.
