POWER Vinyasa

This vibrant and dynamic flow class will stretch and develop your yoga practice. Centred on exploring mobility, flexibility, and strength, whilst focusing on integrity of your poses. This class will give the opportunity for those comfortable to practice more challenging asanas.

This powerful flow is sequenced throughout the sun salutations, and is taught to music. The music is a variety of Indian kirtan, electronic beats, hip hop chilled beats, and beachy vibes so the class moves in a flowing and rhythmic way.

Leave with an enhanced yoga practice, and your mind and body feeling inspired, energised, and transformed.

Beginners Hatha Flow

A gentle introduction to yoga.

This class will feature simple yet creative sequencing that gives attention to mobility, flexibility, safe and correct alignment, and above all a centred and calm mind. The teacher will create a safe and nurturing space, with a positive, non-judgemental, ‘go with the flow’ style of yoga.

This class is a gentle flow suitable for beginners, covering the basic asanas (poses), breathing exercises, and meditation. If you are new to yoga or looking for a more gentle practice, then this is the class for you!
