I am passionate about Mental Health and the impact that yoga – and especially a trauma-informed approach – can have on mental wellbeing.
My own practice and teaching focuses on slowing down, gentle movement and deep rest – all with the intention to release stress, overwhelm and anxiety.
I truly believe in the importance of slowing down and making space for your own wellbeing. My teaching is influenced by my background in studying Social work, working as a frontline worker as well as my own struggles with mental wellbeing and experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue. In all my offerings, I try to provide a space to take off daily pressure and to meet your own needs with kindness and self-compassion.
