Motherland yoga is a place for all you mothers out there. Our expert pre and postnatal classes are especially tailored to prepare you for all stages of motherhood – whatever it may throw at you. For pregnancy, birth and beyond, they’ll help your body and mind feel strong, calm and connected.
We all want the best for our babies and in our yoga classes you’ll learn how to condition your body and mind safely for a healthy pregnancy, an active labour and a positive recovery. We also encourage making plenty of mum mates too – after all we’re all in this beautiful madness together.
Join Sally for pregnancy yoga every Thursday at Salt Water Studios, 7pm – 8pm.
And mum and baby yoga every Monday at 10.45-11.45am.

- Classes are booked in a rolling 6 week block for £60. Classes can be taken over an 8 week period.
