My classes are for mixed abilities from ages 10 and up. Total beginners to intermediate and the non-flexible are all welcome! If you want to relax, destress, gain strength, mobility and flexibility, prevent injuries or improve your sport and overall daily wellbeing and activities these classes will fit your goals. All classes start and end with mindfulness practices to bring balance and calm to your day.
