Meghann was first introduced to yoga over 10 years ago and since then it has completely transformed her life. Meghann believes wholeheartedly and passionately in the benefits of yoga and feels a strong calling from within to share this magic with others. For Meghann, yoga is an all-encompassing way of life which enables her to live peacefully in the present moment and to fully experience the wonders that life has to offer. She believes that yoga can be enjoyed by everyone and aims to create a nurturing environment through which the journey of yoga can naturally unfold within each and every individual.
