A bit about Louise, her experience and her love of Yoga, from the last herself
“I have been teaching in Brighton for 7 years, I’m Yoga Alliance UK Chartered Level 2 which means I have taught over 3000 hours and am an continuing education provider. My passion is Yin Yoga and I run 3 Yin Teacher Trainings a year in Brighton and in one in Goa every Winter.
I am also a life coach and Reiki healer. I blend all I have learned over the years into my Yoga classes and workshops, I like to share meditations, self enquiry and philosophy.
I have run retreats in UK, The French Alps, Turkey and India over the past 5 years and continue to do so. I am an assessor for the Yoga TT 200 hours with Harmonise Training in Brighton, at Revitalise. Being a coach I love to mentor new yoga teachers too on their journey.
For me Yoga is an opportunity to connect with your true nature, that place within that is already peaceful, already happy and already present, beneath all the busy-ness of the chattering mind. When we get a glimpse of that inner stillness it’s a reminder of who you really are and that you can come back home to it at any time. Through connecting deeply with this stillness and our body we are able to hear our inner wisdom more, which is our best teacher. Yoga is the chance to practice being the observer of the mind which allows us the power to choose thoughts and set intentions that will serve us for our highest good.
I love to share meditations, pranayama’s and Yoga Nidra’s with sound healing which all help to dive deeply within. I am fascinated by how we can effect the energy body through our practice and love to draw upon Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chakra system when teaching too.”
