Vinyasa Flow | Monday 11am-12 + Tuesday 9.30 – 10.30am
Vinyasa flow is a sequence of yogic postures knitted together to form a rhythmic flow with your breath and body. The fluid movements aid in calming the mind, connecting the breath to movement and allowing prana (our glorious life force energy) to flow freely within and without the body. All my Vinyasa flow classes are open to all abilities and I strive to create a non- judgmental safe space for everyone to come and let go.
Intuitive Movement + Meditation | Thursday 4-5pm
In a class of intuitive movement we dedicate our practice to moving our bodies in any way that feels yummy, any way that feels right and true in that moment. The class is a balance of free movement and flow. We follow music, verbal queues and our own intuition. All movement is based on traditional yoga asanas but there are no rules – it is a safe space to explore the sensations of the body, the complexity of the mind and beauty of connecting with the soul. We find stillness at the end of our movement with a guided meditation.
